Climate Change

During it's long history, the earth has experienced prolonged global warming and global cooling. Considerable evidence indicates that the earth's troposphere is warming, partly because of human activities and this trend will lead to a significant climate change during this century.
Climate scientist warn that the concern is not that just about a temperature change but how it rapidly occurs. The problem we face now is sharply projected increase in temperature during this century. Such rapid change can affect the availability of water resources by altering rates of evaporation and precipitation. A warmer climate would have beneficial and harmful effects, but poor nations in the tropics would suffer most climate change is hard to deal with because it has many causes, it's effects are uneven and long term. We cannot stop climate change but we can use existing technological and policy options to hgelp slow the rate of climate change and to adapt its effects.
